What are the classification of electronic servo press?

1. servo crank press

The ordinary mechanical crank press uses eccentric teeth to drive the crank slider to move up and down, and the curve is sinusoidal. Typically, the maximum nominal tonnage is reached before the slide runs to bottom dead center. The stroke is fixed and not adjustable. Since ordinary hydraulic presses are driven by liquid pressure, engineering tonnage can be achieved at any position of the slider stroke. The stroke is adjustable, but the efficiency is low.

2. servo screw press

The traditional screw press adopts the double disc friction transmission mode, and the friction disc rotates continuously after starting, and the energy consumption and impact force are greatly affected by human factors. The product quality is unstable.

As the upgrading equipment of friction press, there are two kinds of electric screw presses for hot forgings and refractory forming with different drive motors on the market: switched reluctance screw press servo screw press.

After the servo screw press starts the machine, as long as the control voltage is lost, the motor will stop running immediately. Therefore, the power consumption outside the time when the press performs the impact action is almost negligible, which is about 60% lower than the power consumption of the friction press. In addition, due to the superior performance of the servo motor, the servo screw press runs more stably and accurately, and can achieve fast strikes with ultra-short strokes.

Compared with ordinary hydraulic press, servo-driven hydraulic press has the advantages of energy saving, low noise, high efficiency, good flexibility and high efficiency. It can replace most of the existing ordinary hydraulic press.
