Accurately control the working temperature and pressure accuracy, which facilitates the process parameter setting, process control, time monitoring and post-tracing of the composite material hot press forming, which meets the actual use requirements.

    3. The pressure holding time can be set (0-24H), the pressure can be maintained for a long time, and the automatic pressure compensation function;

    4. There are 6 sets of press-fitting modes for cyclic press-fitting, and you can choose to use only one or more of them;

    5. The heating rate of upper and lower heating can be set; the maximum can be set to 10℃/M;

    6. The product preheating function, the preheating time can be set, and the use/not use can be set on the screen;

    7. Increase the water cooling channel, which can be set to use/not use on the screen;

    8. With process pressure/time curve drawing function, the curve can be saved, exported, and downloaded to the server;

    9. With process temperature/time curve drawing function, the temperature curve can be saved, exported, and downloaded to the server;

    10. The system has 12 built-in administrator accounts. System administrator users can add or delete operating users according to actual needs, and assign operating permissions to limit the scope of use of operating users;

    11. The modification and call of parameters can only be operated through password input or U disk dongle mode. It has 9999999 sets of storable press parameters. The administrator has the authority to modify and save parameters. The operator only has the selection drawing number to call. Access rights;

    12. The heat preservation advance can be set, and the temperature value ("Set target temperature"-"heat preservation advance") is reached and enters the heat preservation stage;

    13. Temperature upper/lower limit alarm: the device will give an alarm when the actual temperature is less than (set temperature-this set value) or greater than (set temperature + this set value) during the heat preservation process;

    14. Pressure upper/lower limit alarm: the actual output value is less than (preset pressure-this set value) or greater than (preset pressure + this set value), the device will give an alarm;

    15. Upper/lower mold temperature correction: The upper mold temperature deviation can be calibrated by modifying this parameter (for example, the upper mold temperature is displayed as 160°C, and the actual temperature is 156°C, then this parameter can be set to -4 for calibration);

    17. All parameters such as pressure, temperature, heating rate, holding time, preheating time, water cooling, etc. can be set directly on the screen;
